1Introduction & General Information

Bgd35 (bgd35.ws) is an online betting and gaming platform serving adult users in Bangladesh and other countries. Throughout this document, "bgd35," "we," and "platform" all refer to bgd35.ws. "You," "member," and "user" refer to any individual registered on or using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail. That said, bgd35 always strives to keep the Bengali version complete and accurate.

2Eligibility & Registration Requirements

To register at bgd35, you must meet the following requirements:

• Online gaming must be legal under the laws of your current jurisdiction.
• Not be a resident of any country restricted by bgd35.
• Your account must not have been previously closed by bgd35 for any reason.
• All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate.

Bgd35 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

3Account Management

Only one account per person is permitted at bgd35. If a member holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited.

• Your account password and login credentials must be kept strictly confidential.
• Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact bgd35 support immediately.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account information accurate and up to date.

4KYC & Identity Verification

Bgd35 complies with international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies. As a result, identity verification documents may be requested for withdrawals above a certain amount or at bgd35's discretion at any time.

Bgd35 may place a hold on withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

5Betting Rules & Restrictions

The following rules apply when placing bets on bgd35:

• The minimum stake per bet is ৳10, and the maximum is subject to the limits set by bgd35.
• Odds may change during in-play betting — the odds at the moment you click to place your bet are final.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Match fixing and betting using insider information are strictly prohibited.
• If a match is suspended before the result is confirmed, bgd35 will make a decision based on the circumstances.
• Bgd35 reserves the right to void any bet affected by a technical error.

6Payment & Transaction Policy

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals at bgd35:

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support team.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 business hours.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (with certain exceptions).
• Any fees charged by the payment gateway may be passed on to the member.
• Bgd35 reserves the right to block and investigate any suspicious transactions.

7Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions at bgd35 come with their own terms. The general rules are outlined below:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Claiming the same promotion more than once or abusing any promotional offer is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses must be used within a set validity period — any unused bonus will expire automatically.
• Bgd35 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at its discretion.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.

8Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgd35:

• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Match fixing or any violation of sports integrity.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Any attempt to hack or introduce malware into bgd35's systems.
• Harassing or abusive behavior toward other members or bgd35 staff.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Bgd35 may suspend or permanently close accounts for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• Bonus abuse or any fraudulent activity.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted country.

If real-money winnings with completed wagering requirements remain in the account at the time of closure, they will be refunded, subject to conditions. Bonus funds will not be returned.

10Responsible Gaming Obligations

Bgd35 takes responsible gaming seriously. Members can use bgd35's tools to help protect themselves:

• Deposit limits (daily / weekly / monthly).
• Self-exclusion (1 week to 6 months).
• Reality check notifications.
• Loss limits and session time limits.

Bgd35 may proactively apply protective measures to any member's account at its discretion.

11Limitation of Liability

Bgd35 is not liable for the following:

• Bets that fail to place or are lost due to internet connectivity issues.
• Errors or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Account credentials leaked due to the member's own negligence.
• Losses resulting from unforeseen technical issues.

Bgd35 always strives to maintain service quality; however, 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.
